Great tips! I went to a pitching event at a festival and they(producers) liked my stuff. One of them got back to me today and says he’d like to work with me soon. I gave him my info. Should I ask him directly for a meeting for wait for him to do it since he’s already shown interest?

I participated in Ken Rotcop’s “Pitchmart”
It was an interesting experience as he tries to set up pitch sessions with “real” producers.
Although I got several” exectives’ interested in my screenplay during the pitchmart, I found that after follow-up calls many were low level types or executive wann be’s. Or many moved on to other companies.
At least for one day I felt my trip to L.A. was worthwhile. Even if nothing panned out.

i have a great screenplay, i was one of the interrogators in iraq who found abu mu’sab al zarqawi. it’s a drama called “abby and the kid”. it’s touching n exciting n frustrating. i wiped amz’s blood on my pants. for real. i don’t have an agent yet.
