Our guest, Matt Kelsey is the Director, lead actor and Co-Writer of the Drama feature Above Ground (2026). Topics include how he learned from Matt Damon and Good Will Hunting (1997), that he should hold onto his personal screenplay until it got made into a movie.
He also talks about Co-writing the script with Marion Kerr, making a short film before the feature and how Above Ground is a very personal story he wrote after his first wife struggled with Cancer as he faced the fear of losing her.
