This week Ashley Scott Meyers talks with Filmmaker Bomani J. Story.
They talk about how working as an Assistant Editor led to his big break as a filmmaker. Bomani Story is the Writer/Director of The Angry Black Girl and Her Monster (2023).
He talks about that movie and how it was a modern twist inspired by Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein. The cast of this Horror/Drama includes Laya Deleon Hayes and Chad L. Coleman.
THE ANGRY BLACK GIRL AND HER MONSTER will be available in Theaters on June 9, 2023 and it will be on Demand and on Digital on June 23, 2023. It will also stream on ALLBlk and on Shudder at a later date.
